AI-powered color control for offset printing

ColorLoop.ai

Automatic color optimization for offset sheetfed printing. ColorLoop automates setup, optimizes makeready and learns continuously, cutting waste by up to 65% and makeready time by up to 45%.

The problem

Stop losing time and money on manual setup.

Manual color setup, substrate waste and long makereadies quietly cost a pressroom 60,000 to 150,000 euros a year. ColorLoop eliminates all three: 30-second automatic setup, adaptive corrections during the run, and a system that learns your press job after job.

How it works

From manual complexity to automated simplicity.

  1. 01

    Quick job selection

Browse jobs visually like album covers, or scan a MeasureColor QR code. Fast, intuitive, no typing.

  2. 02

    Automatic MeasureColor setup

The job is created with color mapping and colorbar detection, automatically.

  3. 03

    AI-guided makeready

Real-time optimization with adaptive corrections, pull after pull.

  4. 04

    Automatic learning

The system validates and saves data only when color is stable. Every makeready smarter than the last.

Adaptive corrections that learn your press.

During makeready, ColorLoop optimizes in real time with adaptive corrections. The AI validates and saves data only when color is stable, so the system learns continuously from real production, not from theory. Windows 11 native, with a modern interface operators actually enjoy.

ColorLoop FAQ

Straight answers.

Can I buy ColorLoop alone?

ColorLoop requires IntelliTrax2 hardware and MeasureColor software. If you already have these, you can buy ColorLoop standalone. If not, the Offset360 ColorLoop bundle brings the full stack in one deployment.

How long does implementation take?

For existing Rutherford customers on Standalone or Upgrade, activation is instant: you can start using ColorLoop right away. For new customers, the software activates as soon as the hardware is installed by certified technicians, and the press is production-ready the same day. No complex integration, no lengthy configuration.

What is the difference between ColorLoop Standard and ColorLoop Pack?

ColorLoop Pack is built for packaging printers, with PANTONE fine-tuning, opaque white control and ECG optimization. ColorLoop Standard is made for commercial CMYK work. Both versions share the same core automation features.

What are the subscription terms?

ColorLoop is a year-by-year subscription with no multi-year lock-in. After the first year, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

I have EasySet-EasyLoop or IntelliSet-IntelliLoop. Why should I upgrade?

ColorLoop Upgrade lets you keep your existing hardware and adds automatic IntelliTrax and MeasureColor integration, autosetup, adaptive corrections, a modern interface and native Windows 11 performance, without reinstalling.

What training is required?

For existing X-Rite users, very little: ColorLoop adds to your current workflow, video tutorials and documentation are included, and most operators learn it in hours. Teams new to the X-Rite ecosystem can take the full training covering IntelliTrax, MeasureColor and ColorLoop together.

Does ColorLoop work with my press brand?

Yes. ColorLoop works with virtually all offset sheetfed presses through IntelliTrax2, from 30-year-old machines to current models: Heidelberg, Koenig & Bauer, Komori, Manroland, Ryobi, Mitsubishi and more. The free console validation confirms your specific console in about two minutes.

What is included in the subscription?

The ColorLoop software license, all updates and technical support. With the Offset360 bundle, an annual service care visit is included as well.
